The service

The SEC app provides a selected, automated feed of public company filings for information and research. It is independent of the SEC. Summaries, classifications, scores and company information can be wrong or incomplete. They do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to trade, or a prediction of return. Read the official source and obtain professional advice when appropriate.

Availability and coverage

Free access includes an additional 24-hour delay. Premium removes that additional delay; it does not guarantee complete coverage, instantaneous delivery, uninterrupted availability, background notifications or any financial outcome. Sources, indexing and network failures may delay or prevent items. Features may change. The Android app is in preparation; this website does not currently sell a new web subscription or represent a store publication.

Purchases

The planned US app price is $9.99 monthly or $99 annually. The Google Play purchase screen supplies the actual localized price, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you confirm. Do not rely on website pricing as a completed purchase offer. Store subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Google Play unless cancelled. No free trial is promised.

Manage and cancel store purchases in Google Play; restore in the app using the original purchasing account. Cancellation normally stops future renewal, while access follows the verified paid period, billing/grace status and applicable refunds. Uninstalling or deleting data does not cancel billing. Refund rights follow applicable law and the provider’s process. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Historical website customers should contact support to manage or query their billing.

Acceptable use and your data

Do not share authentication credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or republish paid feed access as your own service. Public SEC documents remain available from their official source. You retain responsibility for your decisions. Read the privacy policy and deletion instructions.

Service changes and responsibility

We may suspend access for security, misuse or invalid payment status. We aim to resolve errors but do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular decision. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude non-excludable rights or liabilities. Contact support about concerns or disputes.
