What the feed covers
Selected company-event, ownership, registration, merger and insider-purchase filings from SEC EDGAR. Coverage is filtered and incomplete; amendments are included. Not every filing becomes a feed item.
Polling normally occurs about every 100 seconds during US market hours, five minutes during extended hours and fifteen minutes overnight or at weekends. SEC indexing, processing, price-data timeouts, outages and app refresh can add delay. There is no seconds-fast delivery guarantee.
Scores and summaries are automated research aids. Current SEC summaries use a rules-based fallback; they are not human verification, a prediction of price direction or a promise of financial advantage. Open the filing before relying on a summary.
